Over the years we have become specialists in ICT Support for RM networks and Ergo F2T networks and their associated products. Interm ITs’ relationship with RM & Ergo is forged by the needs of primary schools to obtain high quality regular technical support, RMs’ & Ergo requirement for the same and 
for Interm IT’s need for more technical support knowledge. It is purely a technical relationship based on the ATSS model which RM currently offer to ICT support companies such as ours to help schools to receive top quality, locally sourced technical support. The ATSS is a model which has been around for about 3 years and we are proud to state that IntermIT was involved at its’ design stage. We were then one of six companies who piloted the scheme nationally. Since the end of the pilot the ATSS has flourished and there are well over 120 companies and “one-man bands” who have signed up for the scheme. The result for the school is to have better trained technicians to support their IT investment.

- We have over 21 technicians working in over 230 schools in the Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Our company supports all types of systems and Interm IT are the preferred RM ATSS partner in the area.
- Specialising in Primary Schools and Middle Schools all our technical support staff are CRB checked, we take great care in appointing our technicians.
- There is “no fixed term contract” and we believe that we are the least expensive company of its size.

At Interm IT we have gone one stage further:-
We have a policy of ensuring that all of our technicians are trained on Ergo F2T and RM Connect Networks to the same standard as the support staff at each establishment.
We feel that this is so good for schools that we want to be in a position to be able to send any of our technicians to any school without being accused of sending in just any technician.
This is a considerable investment but we feel it is worth it for both us and our schools .
We feel we are best placed to ensure that a school’s investment in Ergo’s F2T or RM’s Connect networks are well looked after.
We also feel that with our close relationship with Ergo and our ongoing training programme we are in an excellent position both to promote and support any primary school or middle school running any version of F2T network software.
Over the past few years our involvement with Ergo F2T & RM has evolved into a technical support partnership of which we are very proud.
Our Ergo F2T and RM network schools can rest assured that Interm IT not only have the technical expertise to look after their respective networks but that we also have the contacts within the both organisation to satisfy any enquiries that any of our schools may have.
We are extremely proud that Ergo now have the confidence in Interm IT technicians for such tasks, and regularly carry out installation’s alongside the Ergo support staff
IntermIT is occasionally called upon to assist both companies, should they have a problem site. When we have on occasions provided both organisations with the necessary technicians to work through the day & night to provide a network that staff can rely upon.
